Parmanu (“Atom”) is #IndianComics superhero created by #RajComics during 1991. Debut issue was written by writer Tarun Kumar Wahi. Parmanu’s real name is Vinay.
A Corrupt cop Murders Vinay’s friend, and Vinay is witness; so corrupt cops killed his family. Vinay was rescued by his maternal Uncle, Prof. K.K. Verma (scientist) who transform Vinay into a superhuman, he takes revenge and becomes protector of Law; by Profession Vinay is Police Inspector in Delhi Police.
