I read an article about the orcas in Puget Sound and the news was not good. I was a little disappointed that the article didn’t go into more depth about the cause. It said that they were starving. It didn’t say if they were starving because of lack of food availability or illness to digest the food. Two very different possibilities and perhaps some options to help.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we reported news with plausible solutions? If there really are not any wouldn’t it be nice to say so?
I realize I often think outside the normal box. I am on the fringe and typically few agree. Still it seems worth asking “If they are dying is there anything we can do?”
