The public is complaining that there are few buses plying the routes. How can the public move when there is no efficient public transportation? Lucky are those who have their own cars for traveling is not a problem.
The buses can carry only 30% of their usual capacity which means they will be earning only 30% of their usual revenue. That is the effect of the social distancing in the public transport which resulted in limited earning capacity.

I can see why there are supposed to be fewer riding the bus now. For those that depend on it to get somewhere, it is very hard. I walk a lot these days or if want to go somewhere I can I will take my mobility scooter.
