After the ‘Janta’ curfew India followed on Sunday things have gone haywire. Our guy who normally gets us fish did not turn up for a few days. Yesterday was the last that I could feed our cats with fresh fish. We do have dry feed but that they will nibble on the whole day but not before getting their share of fresh fish.
My normal mornings start with feeding the cats after I have my cup of tea. Today was different. I took up my next routine and that is to set the sprayer in the garden. The cats followed me there quite confused.
The guy has promised he will be there today and I am keeping my fingers crossed.

It’s so sad how every aspect of life is affected by this situation. I hope the kitties get their fresh fish.
The guy turned up yesterday thankfully.
This virus has completely changed our lives.
From last midnight we have a 21 days lockdown with certain exemptions.
That darn virus is wrecking havoc even on the poor pets. Here in Canada most of the pet stores are closed so we have to order online… On top of that, the Canadian government might consider putting in the emergency act to make sure that all Canadians stay home except for those in essential services. Canadians who still gather in groups bigger than 5 risk a citation and a fine as high as 6,000 cdn dollars according to what I have heard. I just hope your cats will get their daily ration of fish…
I have enough of dry feed but they are used to having fresh fish. I feel awful that they are starving
What you are experiencing in Canda is what we see at a global level Do stay safe and follow rules.
I hope he came with the fish. So much has changed with this virus.
I called him up yesterday and he has promised he will be here today.
