No more need for perfume

With the current situation that we are in, social distancing is now the norm. What is the purpose of the perfume when we do not go near people? I know some wants the perfume for their nose but the main purpose of the perfume is for other people to smell you.

Now it looks like there is no more need for the perfume. Maybe as long as you are clean and had taken a good bath before going out then you can feel fresh and look fresh even without the perfume.
