When we were new in caring for our first dog, we were surprised to be warned by a dog breeder not to give our dog grapes. The fresh grape can negatively affect the kidneys of the dog. Since we loved our dog so we followed that advice. But fate had it that our first 2 dogs died of kidney disease so now we are extra careful.

I don’t give in because I don’t have a dog
Best is stick to dog food and treats. That is what I do all the times.
No dogs here but I know not to do this.
Even chocolates are bad for dogs and we have been careful that way. They should drink plenty of water.
