The golden tree is one of the most popular ornamental garden shrubs. Nicknamed the yellow bat or the golden rain, Forsythia is a hardy shrub with fast growth, extremely decorative and prolific. Forsythia is one of the first shrubs to bloom in spring. It is said that Forsythia is full of flowers on the day of the spring equinox and that the day it blooms is the day from which the temperatures do not drop below zero. Spring is on its way….

I love this flower, it always reminds me of spring and sunshine.
I don’t have this plant in my garden. I spotted her on my walk.
we used this as a living fence on the farm many years ago!
We have them in the park as decorative trees.
they are so beautiful. Plus, as always you’ve captured it perfectly!
they have an interesting smell/scent as well! I love walking by them!!!
