Mexican food amigo

I am not fond of Mexican food but people in our home would once in a while request for chili beans. Since we have several red pepper plants that are always heavy with fruits, it is easy to cook chili beans. All I need are the beans and the beef plus the carrots and bell pepper. Not to forget the 10 pieces of red pepper from the garden.

The hard part of the cooking is in making the beef tender and also the beans take time to be cooked. But after the wait, it is easy to mix the ingredients with the flavoring from the garlic and onion. In a few minutes, the chili beans is ready to eat. For me, buttered toast is the best partner of chili beans.
