Some weeds are pretty, sometimes prettier than cultivated plants. This common marsh plant is also among those. When you see them growing densely ( as weeds usually do) and shake their dainty blooms in the wind it is a pretty sight indeed.
We often underestimate simplicity or commonality and refuse to acknowledge them for what they are. Weeds like this marsh plant, the wedelia , the Lark Daisy and many others are quite beautiful in their own right.
I have the lark daisy potted in a container , I am very careful to dead head the spent blooms to prevent them from invading my garden. The dhalberg daisy too is another plant that grows like a weed in my garden. It is one of the prettiest flowers I grow.
Here are a couple of posts about the other pretty weeds

Thank you Tasartcraft, glad you think so.
I have many weeds in my yard and garden.
I know I have seen some of your pictures as well. 🙂
You are right, there are beautiful weeds.
I would just love to have handful of them in vase at home. 🙂
Everything that blossoms is beautiful to me.
I like the way you put it. 😀
I do find some weeds really pretty!!
Glad you see the beauty in the little things.
