Lockdown causes weight gain

Some friends are complaining that we are on the lockdown again and they are afraid that they will again gain weight. The reason for that is the prohibition of going out and staying at home with nothing to do. So what do we do but eat, right?

The lifestyle should always adapt to the situation. When there is no lockdown then you go out and spend calories in your walking. When there is the lockdown do the walking even inside your home. But the best is to eat regularly and not overly.

  1. Actually being on my own my eating habits have not changed. I eat when I am hungry and I don’t eat too much. Today I wasn’t too hungry so I had cereal and milk in the morning and later on some canned peaches.

  2. I found when it comes to the topic of weight gain or loss it is a very hard subject to talk about. Food is all around you and yes it is easy for those with a weight problem if bored and nothing to do to gain weight. I have been on my weight loss journey for 3 years now and I can honestly say that is the only thing that is good right now for me, except my cat.
