The office going crowd depends on getting to work commuting by train. The working hours for most offices are the same resulting from office goers depending on trains that get over crowded.
Even sardines are better packed compared to what you see in the photo. But there is no other go for commuters who live miles away from their offices.

It indeed is and we hear of accidents too.
It is amazing. I’ve never seen a train so crowded! It should go at a very low speed to avoid accidents.
