I just bought a pack of jujubs online and wonder how they can have that sugar on them nice and dry. I have tried making jujubs but the sugar always melts.
It is possible I may be in a hurry and do not let them dry completely at room temperature before sprinkling them with sugar I just go hold of a recipe online which I will follow.
