I just bought a pack of jujubs online and wonder how they can have that sugar on them nice and dry. I have tried making jujubs but the sugar always melts.
It is possible I may be in a hurry and do not let them dry completely at room temperature before sprinkling them with sugar I just go hold of a recipe online which I will follow.

I have never made any myself but I love jelly-like candy like this.I also enjoy candy like this with a chocolate coating
I have not tasted anything coated with chocolate I will look for it now (lol)
It is the first time in my life I hear this word jujub but they look delicious
If you have a sweet tooth you can go for them.
I believe I used to eat those and found them to be very tasty. I do not eat candy anymore so do not know if they are around here.
