Wow! I knew I wasn’t feeling well and my resolution choices reflected that.
~Get an extra hour of rest
~ 2 loads of laundry
~Smoothies for fruits and veggies
I have been running a fever for days and I thought it would be a day of rest and then work exploded. I was able to do everything on the list and ended up with an hour of rest in the day, although I am not sure I got more over all. I am feeling better today, so that is a good thing.

I suggest one of the things I’m trying, to have the weekends free from social media and no phone at all when I’m with my wife ?.
All I can suggest to you is to sleep well and eat fruits and vegetable and energy drinks.

Everything in moderation. Those are my words for each day. The fruit looks delicious.
That is so true. If you try and change everything, often nothing changes. Extremes can get one in trouble.

I do enjoy a good salad. I even like the prepared Dole crunch sunflower seed one. Have you tried that one?
I have not, we tend to buy a salad mix and add the stuff we like. I will mention that to the shopper in the house (my wife)!
