I guess it is about doing the thing that you feel is right, not just for yourself, but for those around you. It is about not waiting for someone to come to you with a solution to a problem, instead find the solutions and share it with others.
So find it easy to stand up and do what they believe needs to be none without any need for permission, gratitude or expectations. They believe it is simply the right thing to do. Do whatever it takes to make things right or perhaps bearable.
