Well, I love the way it looks. I love the ones that my Mom did for me. I love going to visit friends and see that they have ones that my Mom did as well. I do a little and mine never look quite as good. My husband suggested that I get an adult coloring book and work on that for a while and perhaps I would get better.

I just love to crochet and knit and do cross stitch and tatting. I just started a new project consisting of patterns of cross stitch and embroidery that will be assembled together and form a quilt with them. Of course this project will probably take me about 1 or 2 years to do but it will keep me busy. My mother used to do beautiful embroidered pillowcases and placemats et c. My grandmother used to spin her own wool and then knit socks and sweaters etc. Keep on doing your needlework and coloring and never let your crafts go…

These are beautiful products. Unfortunately, I am not good at embroidery.

Thank you so much for your kind words and wonderful quote. I always say that we always receive what we give. The least we can give is a kind word. Thanks again.
My Grandmother did these and they are special to still have.
