How My Day Begins

Today I am going to leave behind angry thoughts. If they appear I will consciously push them away.

Today I am grateful for simple solutions. I have needed some and finally some are seem to be coming to mind. I might be successful with this.

Today I will focus on removing clutter. Removing clutter from my mind. Removing clutter from my heart. Removing clutter from my home.

I tend to complicate my own life and hang onto things way too long. I need to let things go and move forward in so many ways. Today my husband announced I have to stop grieving.

  1. I really don’t know if grieving stops completely , but the intensity does decrease. I have learnt to replace sadness with good memories of the person I am grieving for. It is a conscious effort on my part each time to change my thoughts
