There are many things that I just can not fix, so I need to ask for help or hire someone to take care of the problem. My husband’s first response to the question above is always the same. “I think it’s just a glitch.” So I took the time to look up the word “a sudden, usually temporary malfunction or irregularity of equipment”. I waited a week to see if it was temporary. It was doing the same thing the next week. I announced that it had gone from a glitch to a problem. He rolled his eyes.
When water was running all over the basement I called a professional. This is a true story and happened recently.
So now everytime I hear it’s a glitch, I want to know when it becomes a problem so it can be fixed before it is an emergency.

Patience, can I tell you how much I hate that word! If I know that someone is really doing something it’s easier.
I have a lot of things that need to be “FIXED” but to get them fixed cost $
we don’t have & so it waits & waits & waits OH but my husband goes out &
buys a brand new car but can’t find the $ to fix the recent problems what gives?
Not sure if Virily has a ‘glitch’ fixer. I have an issue I’ve repeatedly brought up and get, ‘don’t worry its working.’ I’m frustrated waiting. This passed being a glitch though. That said I still give Virily 4 of 5 Stars as they do respond and are very a very responsive group. Top marks there and things are changing, evolving, so issues will arise. We need to exercise patience as you did with your water ‘glitch,’ though I hope with different results. Not another Niume result.
So after writing this last comment, I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but our hosts corrected the issue I was experiencing. Nicely done Virily, thank you 5 of 5 stars.
