It’s a big day for us. Racing season begins at Wyoming Downs. We took the horses up a couple weeks ago so they would be at home for the season. Opening day is always fun and exciting. It will probably be fairly warm so we will have to take precautions.
We normally meet friends for opening day, but illness is keeping them away. We will still go and enjoy the experience. I am certain by next week they may be well enough to go.
There is a claiming race so that might turn out to be something new in the barn.

I really like watching horse races on television and I like riding horses for they are grand animals.

There are other things that I could do, but there’s really nothing that I love as much as horse racing.
