Getting thinner and thinner

To help my wife lose weight, I suggested the after 6 diet. It is a simple diet that you can eat anything, you can eat any amount as long as you take the food before 6 pm. After that time, shut your mouth to any kind of food and only water to drink. Since it looked simple and I swear that it is easy, my wife started the after 6 diet last week. And to encourage he, I joined just for the effect.

After a week, she lost 2 pounds and I lost 3 pounds. Now that it is 2 weeks on the diet, I had lost a total of 5 pounds. It is not good for me beccause I am not overweight. So I guess I have to quit the diet and let my wife do it on her own with our without my encouragement. I hate to be thin. With my wife’s weight, the reduction is continuing.
