I found this picture for today’s reflection challenge in my archives. Reflections at dusk always seem magical. The magic is still happening all around the world even if we cannot see it or recognize it.
The miracle of life is fragile as all miracles are. Covid19 is a strong reminder to us how fragile life can be. We seem to think that life will go on forever and that we will be doing the same things we did yesterday for a another few years. In a blink of an eye, in a fraction of a second the very fabric of lives changes.
We humans constantly pride ourselves on our technology and development and how much we have achieved. Our economies are now crashing exposing us for what we are. Superpowers are brought to their knees as the fragility of life is exposed.
Today we are strongly reminded to focus on the value of life, our health, our families and the simple things of life. The lock down is a good time for us to do some soul searching. Maybe this way we will discover the purpose of our life.

I pray that the high heads of state and their subordinates have learned the lesson. It is easy to wage an after-war. But the current Covid-19 striker found them unprepared, all underwear. There is no one insured, no one eternal. Now, let your breasts be proud that they are well prepared for a war. But this one was lost by the unexpected attacker.
Well said dear Lacho, it caught them off guard, pants below their knees. Some still boast on , while others admit defeat. People dying by the hundreds everyday is the current reality.

That’s a wonderful message. To be honest, I am a bit reserved regarding how many people will actually use the time this way, and how long that introspection and wisdom will last for.

Hmm..Doc another one is trying to supersede the rest. The game plan is on.
i hope that no one would do that, try to take advantage. you could do much damage to the world as a whole with stupid acts now.
But then it is happening right under our nose.
it does seem that way, but i hope saner heads prevail.
The world is still struggling but there is one country that is making good of this major catastrophe. The agenda behind scares me.
Sanity is a scarce commodity, we seem to have anything but sanity all around, we just have to look at the leaders of countries.
