Natural vitamin D is much better than suplement of vitamin D. When scientists researched the benefits of calcium supplements, they saw that people using this supplement had a shorter life. I don’t know if it’s the same with vitamin D supplements because research has not been done. I am sure the best option is to enjoy these sunny days on balconies or short walk.
