Staying in nature and regular physical activity are important for health. The warm and sunny days have come. Outside we can get Vitamin D as well. Natural vitamin D is much better than suplement of vitamin D. When scientists researched the benefits of calcium supplements, they saw that people using this supplement had a shorter life. I don’t know if it’s the same with vitamin D supplements because research has not been done. I am sure the best option is to enjoy these sunny days on balconies or short walk.
Something I really like is the fresh air outside. Ultimately, people do not pollute the air. For days the air in my country is not polluted.
Still I see fewer people on the streets but there are long lines for the store. Today was warmer day than previous days so there were many people on the street.
