Falooda is almost national sweet dish of Lahories. It is a version of the Iranian faloodeh. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, sweet basil seeds with milk, often served with ice cream.
Almost every known hotel and restaurant in lahore serve falooda as a essential part of lunch or dinner.
