Many people while traveling by train quickly fall asleep. Engine vibration and track them fast asleep. Some even can not sleep, and so they want to reach different sleeping pills. Some people do not sleep during travel. During the journey, they watch a movie or listen to music.

I agree with you totally that the engine vibration is a huge help for me to fall asleep while traveling by train.
Now I do not travel by train, but in my youth I often traveled. I never slept in the train. I always preferred to look out the window and see the landscapes.
