I am an anxious person. Many people recommended me to practice meditation. It’s great for stress. Mindfulness means focusing our mind on a particular object. Meditation and mindfulness reduce stress, depression, anxiety. It increases our well-being. I have many books about meditation. They are for beginners. I practiced mediation for three months and I became another person. I was happier, relaxed, calm. But I became tired of practicing and all those effects disappeared. It implies an effort. It’s not so easy. When I practiced mindfulness I lived in the present moment. Do you practice meditation?
