The house in the image is for sale. This property is within 50 meters away from my present rented house in the same row and about the same size 1200 square meter in area.
The one thing I don’t like is that frontage is not as impressive as that of my present place. However, I have two more properties which are available in the same locality. The only thing is I am looking for a place with good front and backyard.
However the choice in this case is mine 🙂

Often this house may have a different look inside, best to at least see what it looks like first…If you like it, go for it.
It’s close to where I live right now and I have seen its layout. The inspection is due in August when it will be listed for sale.
Before you look at it, you can not tell what it looks like. I have seen houses that, when you see them from the inner courtyard, capture your heart. The choice is yours. You can tell us your choice when you go ahead.

The width is hidden behind the shrubs and I aimed my camera on the background. The width is around 14 meters. The total area of the house is well over 1000 meters.
The house is nice. Though I believe that if you are looking to buy a house, you have to consider several things such as the distance of the house to your work, neighborhood, etc.
My present rented house is a few meters away from this one.
That’s good. Are you planning to buy this house? I think having our own house is better than renting.

This house in Canberra and it has no gate. There are no strays and thieves so the gate is not needed as such!
Looks nice, But what about front gate? And, is it in India or Australia?
