Sesame seeds have fiber, healthy fats, protein, calcium, magnesium, zinc. But sesame seeds need to be soaked because they have anti-nutrients. I add sesame seeds in my smoothies. Sesame seeds have B vitamins (B1, B3, B6). They also have iron and copper. Soaked sesame seeds increase the absorption of these minerals. Do you like them? I think they are a bit bitter. This is why I add them in smoothies.
