The 11 members of the Sabac Association of Disabled Workers received a certificate for the authenticity of goldsmiths. Experience in handicrafts is not of great help, because their task is to make the most beautiful girl’s outfit from Macvan chests, such as quilts, towels, tablecloths, which are kept in the Šabac museum, look like the original.It’s a lot of complex work, it requires a lot of patience, a lot of precision, it requires excellent vision and fantastic sting. The stings must be exactly one to the other, no part of the millimeter of displacement is present. And that the thread is well-adhered, and along with it has the strength to cling, so all of this has to be well arranged to make it look nice.The handicrafts of women from the City Organization of Disabled Workers from Sabac, such as goldsmiths, lace from tablecloths, embroidered details from belts and towels, will be marked with geographical origin and will be a gift to diplomats.
