Of the various methods for frying food that which tastes the best according to me is deep frying eaten with sauce. No doubt the health gurus will tell you it is not good for health. But who is eating it every day? Anything eaten in moderation does give one the joy of food.
There is one warning however and that is over heating oil will surely spell disaster. Over heated oil is poisonous. In fact it is recommended that over heated oil should be discarded and not re used.
It also depends on the kind of oil one uses. The best oil is virgin olive oil which is light and will not harm one’s health.
