So my goals and choices today are a little bit backwards. This morning I want to take a little nap and see if I can get some deep sleep in during the day.
Today I want to get 8 glasses of warm or room temperature water. Perhaps that will help with the headache.
I am going to do yoga instead of steps today.
Spend some time with the animals.
And I am going to breakfast for my evening meal.
And I am going to take one backwards ride down the hill.
