You know sometimes it is just hard to get answers. When companies choose not to answer questions then people have to start guessing and talking among themselves. That leads to all sorts of speculations, misinformation, and educated guesses. It simply is not good for the company or the people they serve.
Recently a phone company got into a bad situation. If they had simply addressed the issue in the beginning and been honest and upfront, they would have had fewer problems.
It seem a lot easier to tell the people what you want to succeed and then honestly going about being profitable. In the business we run if someone asks a question they get a prompt and correct response.
