It is a part of our family tradition to have the pictorial on Christmas day. That is to take advantage of our Christmas wear which are new clothes and shoes. In the olden days it was not easy since you need to hire a photographer. It was fortunate for us that my father could borrow a camera and the only problem is the person who would click the camera to shoot our family picture.
In this modern time, taking the Christmas picture is no sweat. A digital camera with a timer can do that many times especially when there is a tripod that could help get in the right angle position There is no need to mention that mobile phones have the camera with even a better resolution than my old digital camera. We always take photos at any party or celebration with family members. These photos are the most precious as there is still my mum on those photos (82 years).

Nice photo but we don’t take photos here at Christmas unless someone asks me to take their photo.
