I am going to put together a few healthy snacks to have handy. I have been eating a little too much chocolate. (I tried to convince myself that the coconut countered the chocolate. I was wrong.)
I will 10,300 steps in today.
I will get 64 ounces of broth are needed and 24 ounces of water. I have not been feeling tip top and broth is soothing. My friend suggested a vegetable broth this time. I have never done just vegetables for broth, so I think I will give it try. (It’s still pretty cold here so broth warms me up!)
It’s snail mail day and I have a list of 15, so that will take some time to get done. I have a lot of people to thank for their kind thoughts.

Since there are computers and do not remember Gmail to send some classical mail
I love to send mail to my family – the old snail mail.
I need to eat healthy snacks for my diabetic condition as well as to cure my thyroid condition.
So share some good ideas for healthy snacks. I would love that!
I have been told to eat snacks that have low sugar and low salt.
It is good to have healthy snacks. I know I tend to sometimes crave something salty like chips but then have a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Cut up fruit or veggies work well for me when snacking at my PC.
Those are some great ideas – thanks for the comment as well.
I always have snacks, because I have diabetes. I have noticed that if I eat almonds, or walnuts, or pecans I will crave less chocolate!!
Good to know I will add those to the list. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
