Whenever we would go on a vacation and the accommodation is a hotel, we always preferred an accommodation with a complimentary breakfast. The best is a buffet breakfast that we truly enjoy all the time.
Even in taking an overnight vacation in a nearby hotel, the main attraction for us is not the swimming pool nor the gym but the buffet breakfast. Obviously the accommodate is more expensive with the breakfast but it is worth the cost.

I have never had a buffet breakfast in a hotel. It sounds very good.
We always have at least one meal delivered through room service.
