Broiling fish

When a friend got sick, he was eating only broiled fish. He said that it has something to do with his weight and his diabetes. Broiled fish is one healthy food that was prescribed to him in order to protect not only his pancreas but also his kidneys. Maybe dietitians have studied the health benefits of the broiled fish.

Our favorite fish to broil is the milkfish. It is one of the cheapest fish and tasty too. The only problem with milkfish is the thousands of bones that it will take you an hour to eat a whole milkfish. Fortunately, fish vendors here have studied the art of deboning milkfish. Buying a deboned milkfish is a little expensive but the convenience of eating broiled milkfish with no bones is heavenly.
