A lonely bird sitting atop an old building. I love this style of buildings where they use terracotta tiles. The tend to keep the buildings airy and reduce the reduce the heat of the blazing sun. There are not too many left these days.
The olden spacious architecture has give place to compact concrete jungles in the cities. Blocks of cement which offer no style or interests to the human eyes. There is no space between buildings these days in the city these days. Space saving they say. A sight for sore eyes is what I call them.
These olden buildings are a mix of color (naturally, no paints) , texture, shapes and comfort.

Indeed everything is changing here including forests that are being replaced by concrete jungles.
Our ancestral home luckily is there. The third generation lives there.
In the city where I live in Spain there is new construction also with tiles.
