Berlin Ball takes me back in time. It always takes me to adolescence when I left the high school hungry and couldn’t resist going to the nearest pastry shop.I always loved the dough, the pastry cream filling and the texture that left me satisfied.Over the years, attentive to the diet, I opted for other cakes, but the days of perfect madness are days of berlin ball.
The berlin ball is a very popular cake in my country, it is similar to the German Berliner cake, which recipe arrived in Portugal during World War II with Jewish refugees, becoming an immediate success
