Our bell fruit tree is packed with flower buds. They will soon bloom and the tree will be loaded with fruits. We already see a few fruits.
This is the time for these fruits to show. They are welcome in summer as they are sweet and juicy. I also make juice. The fruit is minced and the juice is extracted. It is then mixed with sugar syrup with a touch of ginger. I also preserve it with a preservative.
Birds have already arrived in great numbers. Soon they will be seen on the bell fruit tree having a time of their life.
