I have heard from many that the best way to get things accomplished and have a peaceful life is to be in the present. I struggled as I thought was does “in the present” the present really mean. These are some of things that stood out to me as I researched the subject.
Limit Discursive Thinking
This is hard for me, as I often wander on a trail and head off in another direction with my thoughts. In fact, families members will often ask “where have you gone?” because it’s clear I have moved on to other things than the discussion at hand. Often I lose track of the movie because my mind moved on to another subject. This habit robs you of precious time, so it needs to be limited.
It can be a rough transition. As long as I seem to be living my life here as well, it may as well be a public lesson. Today my focus for 13 hours will be on helping others with their questions. It is sometimes a struggle to keep those needing an answer on task. We have limited time to resolve the situation and move forward. Hopefully, in about 12 hours or so I will have some great examples of how to be more successful in this area!

Being a poet and a writer and often greatly inspired by something I usually do a kind of tango in my mind from the present to the past and on to the future.
I think that we all sometimes struggle with similar things
What a wonderful piece, really like this. I suspect each of us struggles with this as we try to move forward!
Thanks for the comment and have a great day.
