Avocado Deviled Eggs

I am 100% hooked on these avocado deviled eggs. They are full of protein and healthy fat. They are super simple to make. Basically you are replacing your mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of mashed avocado.  Here’s what I like in mine. I have some diced red onion. I make it very small because my family loves the taste as long as they don’t know it’s red onions. I top it with tomato. In my bullet put the avocado, egg yolks,  diced onion and give it a whirl until it is creamy.
