In the first post, we learned that affirmations need to be positive and in the present tense. I happen to believe that the next step is probably the hardest. In fact, I believe you may have to reach out to friends and family to let them know your thoughts and goals. No, not for accountability, but for the confidence and belief that you can do whatever it takes to make that affirmation be correct.
It seems like humans get stuck. We affirm that there is going to be money in the mailbox. Do we affirm how? Do we even walk out to the mailbox to see if it came?
We need to truly believe in our affirmations. This takes a bit of courage and often the support of others.
Since we often work together as a team for the greater good at all, there will be some activities that will help all who join in. It could be interesting.
