This game will be the most interesting of the college football bowl games that are on today. In the Mitsubishi Motors Las Vegas Bowl, the #19 Boise State Broncos (12-1) will take on the Washington Huskies (7-5) later today at the Sam Boyd Stadium.
To make this game even more sentimental, this game will be Washington head coach Chris Petersen’s last game at the helm for the Huskies because he resigned earlier this month. Before coaching for the Huskies, he was the coach for Boise State. He helped bring the Boise State program up from an FCS team to an FBS perennial power out west. The emotions will be pretty high for this game with big-time NFL prospects on both sides of the ball.
