Think about the possibilities. Mostly I am thinking about adding Peligro to the bottom because I love the inverted exclamation point. Of course there will be blood splatter as well because this sort of thing appeals to my sense of irony

A zombie slipping next to the sign would be a great variant. Zombies don’t read warning signs.
