He forgot to change into hiking shoes and has his steel toed boots on. He was already getting sore. But check out that waterfall, and the trail.. It is getting more narrow. My vertigo kicked in, and I had to hug the bank at times, and control my heart rate, and shaking. I am extremely afraid of heights.
Until here we can see his mental strength.
Vertigo is bad, but you only bring dogs and not chickens right?
True, he really pushed himself this day. I was impressed. He still carries a lot of extra weight, but he has lost 50 lbs.

I know right? He did get blisters. Poor guy. Yes, vertigo. I hate that feeling, but again, it was worth it.
