Now that Maze decided she will make Chloe pay for the fact that Lucifer is in love with Chloe and not her, she will have to go at it alone. She will be so alone in fact, that she will have to go looking for perfect strangers to fall into her trap.

Cain won’t be following through with his plan after all.

Cain’s curse has now been lifted.  In the last scene of last week’s episode, we saw the fight between him and Lucifer.  Cain’s tattoo simply vanished.  Once Cain confessed to Lucifer, that he couldn’t make Chloe say those words, the words of eternal love, his tattoo simply vanished.

Cain couldn’t make Chloe suffer the way he had planned all along.  He couldn’t go through with it.  He couldn’t make Chloe fall for him in order to get Lucifer to kill him once and for all.

What Cain didn’t know, is that by showing Chloe some compassion, God the Father, forgave him.  His eternal curse to roam the earth for ever and ever, has now been lifted.

Cain no longer needs Lucifer to kill him.  The question is, will he go after Chloe after all?  He doesn’t need to use her as a way of ending his life now.  Will he try to win her back?

If he does, he will do so with Maze and Lucifer watching his every move, in order to stop him from being with Chloe.  Lucifer loves Chloe, but Maze just wants Chloe to suffer, as if it’s Chloe’s fault that Lucifer loves her and not Maze.
