It seems like it’s a tree we don’t have in my country.
I am not sure where the Cherry tree originally comes from but in the South Island which is far colder in winter, from this tree you get real cherries at Christmas time.
I have already search out about the tree, it turns out it has been cultivated in several regions in Indonesia, especially in the highlands. According to some articles, it comes from Australia.
These are a favorite of many here in the US.
