In my place, I often see one Bougenville plant with various colors of flowers, by grafting indeed.

That’s not hard at all, Kim. Slice and peel the bark of a plant that has shoots in a square shape and then attach it to the main plant stem which has also been sliced in equal measure then tie and cover the gap with fat.
