The closest supermarket is 4.000 km away from the place. In a case of a need of some product, the chances are they are to wait 12 to 14 days until they get it. During the winter there live only 15 people and the chef has to be able to be a firefighter at the same time. The place is known as “White Mars” as well due to its harsh living conditions.
