Peppers and tomatoes with cheese on Bulgarian oven (3/5)

By boiling and thickening we get out of the fire. In a pan, set the peppers all over the bottom. Drop some fat and pour the tomato sauce over. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes on moderate fire.
