Peppers and tomatoes with cheese on Bulgarian oven

August month in Bulgaria can be called a month of tomatoes and peppers. Now, I present you a wonderful Bulgarian dish, prepared very well this month and very loved by Bulgarians.

In the pan, heat fat and fry garlic, flour and red pepper. When frying, we also put the ground tomatoes. We also add sugar, it is for acidification of tomatoes, salt, pepper. By boiling and thickening we get out of the fire. In a pan, set the peppers all over the bottom. Drop some fat and pour the tomato sauce over. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes on moderate fire. Then sprinkle with broken cheese on the top and put again slightly to top up. When the meal is ready, sprinkle with parsley.
