I do not know the name of this building. The statues on the face of the building are amazing. Each one id different boasting intricate details. They almost seem alive, cast in stone for eternity instead of carved from stone or marble in this case. The columns look Greek to me! A funny saying that I though would fit here.
I am no expert, nor claim supreme knowledge of these things. The tops of the columns are very detailed and very beautiful. I had to stop here for a moment and take a photo of this beautiful building. It might have been mentioned during the tour on the bus, but as time passes these things are not recalled easily.
